My main research interests are procedures for
the personalised teaching and testing of knowledge based on
the theory of knowledge spaces and its extensions. Starting
with work on adaptive assessment procedures during my time
in Braunschweig, I moved over to the field of technology enhanced
learning when I came to Graz. A special focus lies in the
combination of psychological models of knowledge with technological
methods and developments like relational databases, adaptive
hypertext, and educational metadata schemas.
